Hunmeng v0.1.0 is here. We’ve refreshed the website to make discovering, reading, and managing stories feel calmer, clearer, and more consistent across phones, tablets, and computers.
What’s new
- A fresh look throughout Hunmeng. The home page, catalog, library, news, profile, Writing Studio, and rights-holder information now share a more cohesive layout, typography, colors, and illustrations.
- Easier discovery. Improved novel cards, search presentation, genre and tag navigation, latest-chapter lists, and news cards help you find your next read.
- A tidier library. Reading, Read later, Read, and Dropped shelves are easier to browse, with a clearer empty-shelf experience.
- A more useful account menu. The avatar menu has compact, clearly labeled links and a quick Light/Dark appearance switch.
- Profile sections that stay separate. My profile, Reading settings, and Account now open their respective sections instead of showing every form at once. The avatar menu’s Reading settings shortcut opens the correct section directly.
- More comfortable reading controls. Reading font, text size, line height, and column width remain available in one dedicated settings section.
- A more compact footer. Navigation links, spacing, and the copyright line are tidier, including on narrow mobile screens.
- Refinements for writers. Writing Studio has an updated layout while keeping existing draft, review, and publication safeguards.
What hasn’t changed
Your reading library and progress remain stored in this browser. Signing in does not currently sync them between devices. Existing novels and chapters remain available, and editorial permissions and publishing checks are unchanged.
